HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Bring us in for a specific need, or build an ongoing partnership that keeps preparedness part of the way your business operates.
A defined piece of work, shaped around a specific need. This could include:
Agree on the scope, work through it together and leave with practical next steps.
Continuing support to keep preparedness current as your organisation changes:
The scope, schedule and any on-call arrangements form part of your agreed service plan.
THE ENGAGEMENT PROCESS
At your free first meeting, we listen to the service you are looking for, understand your situation and work with you to identify your needs and scope.
We provide a quote and proposed plan for the scope discussed, so you can decide how you would like to proceed.
Once you agree to proceed, we carry out the work, develop your arrangements and deliver training or testing as needed.
If you choose, we can review the outcomes, identify improvements and agree any follow-up support. This step is optional.
OUR APPROACH
Good preparation is more than a plan on a shelf. It connects the plans you make, the people who put them into action and the lessons you carry forward.
Build and test your plans. Develop your staff’s knowledge. Know what to do before you need to act.
Help your people put preparation into practice, with a clear understanding of their roles when an incident occurs.
Debrief, capture lessons and use the experience to inform recovery and strengthen future preparedness.
